- Reference service – help finding answers to all kinds of questions from simple questions to detailed questions
- Administer the COMPASS tests for Ivy Tech and ACCUPLACER tests for Vincennes University
- Reader's advisory - Help find a good book to read.
- Provide state and federal tax forms
- Provide legal forms such as guardianship, divorce, liens, power of attorney, child support, protective orders, legal services, name changes, quit claims
- Assist patrons with filing for unemployment claims—only place in the county residents can get help with this
- Assist patrons filing for food stamps, OCPL is listed with the local FSSA office as an access site for filing claims
- Public use computers & assistance —help set up email accounts, resume help, etc
- Refer patrons to various service organizations depending on need—churches, etc.
- Color Copy machine & assistance, Color Printing
